On the occasion of the successful visit of President Abdul Fattah Al-Sisi to the United States of America, Mr. Mohamed Anwar Sadat, Head of Reform and Development Party (RDP), said: "I hope that this is a new chapter in relations and a clear end to the American conspiracy theory on Egypt which has been constantly wide spread in recent years by some media professionals, journalists and politicians.”
El-Sadat hoped that this new spirit would extend to relations with the rest of the partners in the European countries, and that we would stop blaming them for our problems. We should face ourselves with the real problems facing our society to address them and correct any deviation from the right course and start a new era of international cooperation based on the essentials of democracy, justice and respect for human rights. By such comprehensive development, we will restore stability and security and the Egyptians will sense real reform.
