With my full faith in the legitimacy of the President-elect and my full understanding for the dire need of Egypt to have a Constitution that organizes and separates between its authorities and stirs the wheel of life and development, and also with my acknowledgement to the great effort exerted by all the members of the Constituent Assembly and the fact that the draft Constitution could have come out with a better output and content if it took some more time.
Still with all this I will vote "no" in the upcoming referendum because along with the reasons for my withdrawal from the Assembly I do not accept that Egypt comes out with a Constitution that didn't get its full right in drafting and revision, especially with the withdrawal of all the civil forces and members of the Technical Advisory Committee, representatives of the churches, labor unions, farmers and many public figures who were all part of this Assembly.
This is my position frankly and honestly, however I invite all the people to participate in the voting whether by approval or rejection and to respect the results of the polls as long as the referendum will be conducted fairly and transparently.
