El-Sadat: Essam El-Haddad cannot be trusted on the Foreign Relations file and he must be seriously held accountable

On the backdrop of the statements given by Dr. Essam El-Haddad (Assistant to the President for Foreign Affairs) in English, in which he indicated that what urged the president to issue the constitutional declaration was the anti-revolution powers which sought to abort the gains of this great revolution, forcing the President to issue the constitutional declaration. He also said that among these anti-revolutionary powers is the Constitutional Court which dissolved the parliament, the Constituent Assembly and stood in the face of stability.

Anwar El-Sadat (President of the Reform and Development Party) confirmed that Essam El-Haddad must be severely held accountable because besides his lack of experience and his lack of ability to manage political crises and conflicts on the regional and international levels and his failed performance he proved to be untrustworthy on the foreign relations and affairs of Egypt.

In order to improve the image of the president's decisions he dragged the reputation and history of the Constitutional Court and the judiciary down the drain! Maybe tomorrow the turn will come on the role of the Egyptian army and the day after tomorrow the Egyptian territories, and all to justify the decisions and actions of the president and his group.

El-Sadat noted that whatever the size of the transgression of the judiciary no statements should be issued by El-Haddad in English filling the foreign newspapers and talking about the conspiracy theory and exposing Egypt so falsely. At the end he wonders: Is it not time for the president to realize that the associates and advisers surrounding him are actually forced on him?
