Anwar El-Sadat "Chairman of Reform and Development Party" asked President / Abdel Fattah Sisi and his government to make the first anniversary of the 30th June Revolution a real turning point and seize the moment to reconsider the situation and what procedures it requires one year later, and to take the necessary actions to give Egyptians hope that the situation is improving and that we are moving in the right direction.
That's why El-Sadat ,in memory of 30th June, proposed the "defining roles" initiative which requires president Sisi , after arranging with his government, to give a public speech admitting the real situation and what's required from people towards each crisis and what are the actions that the government will take to handle each problem, and where we'll be heading to if the president, the government and people were committed to their roles in each field.
El-Sadat said that Egypt is now moving forward without a vision, and the president ,whatever his abilities are, can't work alone, and that his initiative can be a guaranteed success considering that Sisi has the real opportunity to succeed because people will accept to bear with him if shown what's needed exactly and what will they be getting after committing to the plan, pointing out that Egypt's problems like terrorism, the deteriorating economy ,lack of energy and the budget deficit need strategies not slogans.
