Anwar El Sadat "Chairman of Reform and Development Party" expressed his content with the role played by the ministry of foreign affairs and the presidential elections committee in releasing the equipments of the European Union observers' mission and handling the obstacles and barriers that could have prevented the mission from doing its job in observing the election process.
El Sadat said that the ministry of foreign affairs and the Presidential elections committee success in this regard sends a positive message to the whole world that Egypt will conduct fair and transparent elections and that we do not have anything to hide, we don't mind a full observation of the elections with all guarantees provided by the constitution and in a way that comply with national sovereignty and independent decision. It would also prevent any questioning of the transparency of the road map procedures.
