Anwar El Sadat, Chairman of the Reform and Development Party (RDP) met with the Egyptian President Mohamed Morsi this afternoon upon his invitation to discuss the latest developments in the Sinai. Despite disagreement with the way the country's affairs are managed, when it come with the Sinai security issue, we must set aside our differences for the sake of our country.
El Sadat added that supporting the military and security agencies in carrying out their responsibilities to maintain the sovereignty of our nation is a national duty, regardless of our reservations about the dialogues with the presidency which are worthless. But we have our opinions which the president must hear face-to-face as long as it is a matter of Egypt's national security.
