Anwar El-Sadat (President of the Reform and Development Party) demanded the dismissal of Counselor Hossam Al-Gheriani from the presidency of the National Council for Human Rights against the backdrop of what he did before the public opinion by participating in the sin of finalizing the constitution and the voting in a few hours to present it to the President before the ruling of the Constitutional Court about the constituent assembly.
This makes the purpose of the ruling void since it will not make any difference now and it extracts the President from the predicament in which he placed himself after the recent constitutional declaration.
El-Sadat confirmed that Al-Gheriani thus committed a sin that will go unforgivable by history, since he was keener on the person of President more than the constitution of an entire homeland. That is why be must be sacked from the presidency of the National Council for Human Rights since we no longer trust him being at the head of this council whose most basic and fundamental national role is to protect the rights and freedoms.
El-Sadat pointed that this was not the first condemnation for Al-Gheriani because it was preceded by his position from dismissing the Public Prosecutor and we accepted his justification at that time and took it as an act of good faith and advice from someone who is keen on the standing of the Public Prosecutor and the judiciary.
But now, after his participation in the voting on the constitution in this manner that was seen and heard by everyone, he must be dismissed from the presidency of the National Council for Human Rights.
