Proceeding from our concern about the presidential and parliamentary elections for 2010-2011
1 – We kindly ask all the political and national forces to nominate the former minister Mansour Hassan to be an independent candidate to confront in the upcoming presidential elections. We also call to meet him in order to settle an agreement upon a unified electoral program which should be approved by the political and national forces as well as the desire and fulfillment of the masses will.
2 - We also call for the Counselor Head of Supreme Committee for the parliamentary elections 2010 to make an invitation for the Organization of Security and Cooperation in Europe of the European Union and the International Organization of Transparency of the United Nations to monitor and follow-up the elections in the upcoming parliamentary elections, based on the fact that they are neutral and expertise in the field of elections. Otherwise it will be obligatory to summon the armed forces for the protection of the committees and the maintenance of order in accordance with Article 26 of Law No. 73 for year 1956 re the organization of political rights.
