The Reform and Development Party announced that its President, Mohamed Anwar El Sadat, will compete in the run-offs of the Parliamentary elections for the Tala and El-Shohada electoral districts in Menofia governorate where 6 candidates will compete for 3 seats representing the Nile Delta.
In the first phase, El Sadat acquired the highest percentage of votes with 53,090 ballots cast in his favor with a vast difference of around 34,000 votes more than his run-off contender. The decisive second phase of the Parliamentary elections will be held on the 1st and 2nd of December 2015.
