Dear Sir,
In contribution to the effort exerted by yourself and the members of the Assembly I propose to you the following:
1.Restructuring the Drafting Committee to allow more participation of constitutionallaw experts and professors of Arabic language so as to include the whole politicalspectrum in the membership of the Assembly.
2. Resolving the position of the withdrawing members and introducing others from the
reserve-list.
3. Selecting members for the Assembly from the reserve-list instead of members
who were chosen to work as ministers in the government or assistants to the
President to ensure their availability for their executive roles which require great
time and effort from them and also to provide greater opportunity for substitute
members who can be available on full-time basis. In addition this will give a positive and tranquilizing message for all the Egyptians that the executive
authority has no influenceon the articles of the Constitution that are under
preparation.
